Marcella van Delden is Senior Vice President of People and Culture at VTTI. She is responsible for transforming the global People function and ensuring that VTTI’s people policies, culture and engagement programs are enabler for growth.

Marcella has a comprehensive human resources background, gained through various senior HR leadership roles in the oil and gas, downstream, and renewable energy industries from Royal Dutch Shell (now Shell). She gained additional experience with long-term assignments in Oman and Canada. She began her career as an HR policy advisor.
